Welcome to Chittoweb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chittoweb website, services, and AI-powered website building platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Chittoweb provides a platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate website code, layouts, and content based on user prompts and inputs. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates and improvements.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Inputs

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, text, images, and other inputs you provide to the Service ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant Chittoweb a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process these Inputs solely to provide and improve the Service, including training our AI models (unless you opt-out as described in our Privacy Policy).

3.2 Generated Code & Websites

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Chittoweb assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the code, designs, and content generated by the AI based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Outputs for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

3.3 Similarity of Outputs

Due to the nature of machine learning, the Service may generate similar or identical Outputs for other users. You acknowledge that Outputs generated for other users are not uniquely yours, and you cannot claim exclusive rights over Outputs that were not generated specifically from your unique Inputs.

3.4 Third-Party Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Inputs and the resulting Outputs do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Chittoweb does not guarantee that the Outputs are free from third-party claims.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Generate malicious code, malware, or systems designed to disrupt networks.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Chittoweb AI models or platform.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chittoweb, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your Inputs, or your use of the Outputs, including any claim that your Inputs or Outputs infringe upon a third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CHITTOWEB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED CODE MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, BUGS, OR VULNERABILITIES, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING AND VERIFYING ALL OUTPUTS BEFORE DEPLOYMENT IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHITTOWEB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
